Symphony Dress Rehearsal FREE

On Saturday, May 1st, join us for the final Classics concert of the season
featuring Brahms' 1st Symphony, an homage to Beethoven that took 21 years to
complete (but was well worth the wait!) and Schumann's lush and romantic
Piano Concerto in A minor, with the wonderful pianist Edith Orloff.

Sit in on a San Luis Obispo Symphony Classics in the Cohan dress rehearsal
ABSOLUTELY FREE courtesy of Michael Nowak and the musicians of the San Luis
Obispo Symphony!

WHEN: Saturday 1-3 pm May 1, 2010
(Parking fees of $6 per car will be collected by Cal Poly Parking staff)

WHERE: Performing Arts Center's Christopher Cohan Center
on the Cal Poly Campus in San Luis Obispo. Use Grand Avenue entrance to
campus.

WHAT: San Luis Obispo Symphony Classics in the Cohan concert series

The Symphony believes that when kids attend classical concerts, they should
be allowed to be themselves, squirms and all. That's why we open the doors
of the Performing Arts Center to anyone and everyone for dress rehearsals,
free-of-charge - no strings attached, and no ties allowed! Dress rehearsals
are open from 1-3 P.M., but you can show up whenever and leave whenever -
it's up to you.
